I’m sure you know from your own personal experience when people are struggling it isn’t always easy for them to ask for help. Especially when there is an emotional component.

People prefer to work with someone they know, like, and trust. If they don’t already know someone it’s really important that they are referred by someone they do know, like, and trust who understands & who has gotten results themselves.

It’s so much easier to talk to someone who tells you that you aren’t crazy, shares their own success stories of hope and relief, and gives you the contact info of the person they worked with!

The Most Effective Way to Do a Referral

Over the years I’ve learned that when someone offers me a referral, they know, like and trust me, however I’m a complete stranger to their referral.

I’ve found that the best way to do an effective referral is for you to send me and the person you would like to refer a joint introduction email, text, FB Messenger Message or whatever method works best to send the introduction to both of us at the same time.

I invite you to be part of my REFERRAL Network

As someone who has gotten emotional freedom from working with me, I invite you to be part of my REFERRAL Network. As part of the network, I simply ask you to turn on your “radar” so in normal conversations in your day-to-day life with friends, family members, neighbors, colleagues, if you hear of anyone who might be a good fit to do inner child work with me to make a simple introduction.

Working by referral allows me to spend more time & energy focusing on better ways to help my clients; reading, doing research, and continuing to find better ways to help you and the people you love and care about get better results and more emotional freedom.

I will simply check in briefly, about once a month, to see how YOU are doing and to see how I can best continue to be of service to YOU (in addition to tapping I also have tons of unshared resources that I’d love to share if it’s beneficial for YOU) and to see if you know of anyone else I can help.

The Best Way to Do A Referral

When I receive the introduction, I am then able to be the first to reach out and say hi and have a little “get to know you” chit chat and ask if they have any questions while you are still on the message so she still feels safer. No pressure, no sales schtick.

I’ve found this a more friendly and efficient way to make a referral as if we were all in a group setting and you are giving her a personal introduction but you are not leaving her alone with me and walking away instantly. She feels safer being with the two of us for a bit so she can ease into it in a more comfortable way..

Then she has the opportunity to safely respond, allowing us a little group chat before you walk away. I want to make sure that your referral is well taken care of and her inner child feels safe whether she decides to go forward as a client or not.

Then I can listen to what she is saying to me and ask questions without bombarding her with what I do and who I am.
